Summary Description:

Improve the quality of life for Traditional residents.

The first of our two primary goals for this project was to improve the quality of life for congregate residents by providing a modern flexible facility.  This new building provides larger apartments, each having a deck or patio (depending on floor), private bathrooms and expanded closet space.

Reduce operating expenses:

Our second goal was to reduce operating expenses.  While this goal was secondary to improving the quality of life for our residents, it is evident that these were not mutually exclusive but rather mutually supporting.
