Dear Co-workers,

Attached is the most up-to-date information on the 2016 Training Schedule I have. I have deliberately left off the address for trainer Harriet Mohr as she is moving the first of the month and I don't want to jump the gun announcing her new address. All other information is correct. Please make you plans to attend one of these sessions now - don't wait til the last minute.

Please have the Sec Treas. take the minute book for inspection by the Session Leader. All coworkers are invited and encouraged to attend the session in addition to the officers! Please let all of your coworkers know about these sessions and encourage them to attend with you. Take your General Laws (Small Red Book), your Officers Handbook, Recorder's Handbook and any questions you have with you. Plan to have fun, meet new coworkers, have fun, learn something new, and have fun!!!! Our trainers spend hours preparing for the session so they won't be reading to you, they will be presenting information in their own way and if they find they don't know something, they will include it in their report to get the correct information for you.

We are looking forward to meeting you and I hope you are looking forward to looking forward to meeting us! You can go to any session you want to attend and you don't all have to go to the same one!!!

Coworkers, enjoy your year as an officer. Put fun into your meetings so that the coworkers who haven't been attending will be wondering what they are missing!!! Let's work hard to put VA back on top!!! And Please, DON'T WAIT UNTIL MARCH AND APRIL TO WORK THE ARREARAGE LIST!!!! LET'S WORK IT MONTHLY!! IT'S SO MUCH EASIER THAT WAY!

HAVE FUN!!! GOOD LUCK!!! AND IF YOU NEED ME, I'M AS NEAR AS THE PHONE!!!
